In this yummy session, kids will learn about the science of freezing and churning as they make their own ice cream. Tasty Learning: It's a perfect blend of food science and winter fun, as kids understand how ingredients transform from liquid to delicious ice cream! ❄️DIY Snow Lab❄️ Create Your Winter Wonderland: Our young scientists will concoct their own snowy mixture, learning about materials and sensory experiences in the most fun way possible! Frosty Discoveries: Through this tactile activity, kids will explore sight, sound, smell, taste, and touch, all while creating their very own snow! 🎉 Snowball Party and More! 🎉 Get ready for the ultimate Snowball Party. And we're not stopping there – cultural crafts, beginning Mandarin exposure lessons, reading and math activities, and lots of outdoor playtime are all part of this fantastic winter adventure. 👩🏫 Expert Educators: Taught by two highly experienced educators with backgrounds in elementary education and curriculum development, our camp is not just educational but also incredibly fun and engaging. It's a chance for kids to form new connections, learn in a hands-on manner, and enjoy our state-of-the-art learning environment. Jiamin Sun is an accomplished educator with a diverse skill set and a strong commitment to fostering the holistic development of students. Yo Yo Yang is a beloved and well-known educator with deep experience making math and science engaging and fun for elementary school kids. Camp Details: Dates: December 26-29 Time: 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM Please pack two snacks and a lunch for your child each day. Location: Village Kids' Club, 1102 Lincoln Ave, Alameda, CA 94501 Cost: $475 per child for the 4 day camp, extended care is $120.
