About the Class

Each week we'll explore themes and do fun activities to strengthen emotional intelligence and resilience. We'll start with "The Magic of Me" series, and then the Superpower series (Empathy is you Superpower, Kindness is your Superpower, etc.). Note this class is included with a monthly membership. Members may also choose to book additional classes after this one for an afternoon of learning and fun. We offer an Inclusive Access pricing option for those for whom the regular price poses a barrier. Our goal is to ensure everyone has the opportunity to join. Example Saturday class themes: Gratitude Attitude: Cultivate a positive mindset in your child. Through engaging activities, discussions, and journaling exercises, they'll develop a positive outlook, empathy, and a deep sense of gratitude. Letting the Little Things Go: Empower your child with essential emotional intelligence skills. They'll learn strategies for managing and letting go of small frustrations, developing resilience and emotional well-being. Kindness Playbook: Empower your child to be a force of kindness and empathy. They'll explore the power of kind words, acts of service, and compassion through interactive games, role-playing, and collaborative projects. This class will foster positive relationships, develop social-emotional skills, and inspire them to make a difference in the world. Breathe to Calm: Watch your child find inner peace and tranquility with simple yet effective breathing techniques. Through guided breathing exercises, mindfulness activities, and relaxation techniques, they'll learn to calm themselves, find balance, and promote emotional well-being.

Cancellation Policy

For classes and evening events: To cancel or reschedule, please contact us 72 hours in advance. Please note any refund will be less the payment processor fee of 3%. For Camps and Special Events: Camps are non-refundable.
