Gabin is a dynamic leader with a rich tapestry of experience spanning diverse sectors within the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industry. As the Head of Manufacturing Project Management Office (PMO) at Gilead Sciences, he brings a wealth of strategic vision and operational acumen to drive innovation and excellence in pharmaceutical manufacturing.

In addition to his role at Gilead Sciences, Gabin is also a co-founder of the Village Kids Club, where his passion for education and community engagement shines through. This venture reflects his commitment to advancing the healthy development of children and families by providing education, enrichment classes, and after-school programs. His multifaceted background and dedication to fostering a nurturing environment for children underscore his leadership ethos.

Prior to his current role, Gabin served as a GMP Consultant at Lachman Consultant Services, where he played a pivotal role in supporting FDA-regulated pharmaceutical manufacturers globally. His expertise in quality systems and FDA GMP regulations has positioned him as a trusted advisor in ensuring compliance and operational excellence within the industry.

At Genentech, Gabin held various leadership roles, including Chapter Lead for Tech Ops Digital Portfolio & PMO and Sr. Director of Digital Quality Transformation. He spearheaded initiatives to harness advanced analytics, real-time reporting, and AI solutions to proactively identify and manage quality and compliance risks, resulting in enhanced decision-making and operational efficiencies.

With a Bachelor of Science in Microbiology from the University of Melbourne and an Executive MBA from Quantic School of Business and Technology, Gabin brings a unique blend of scientific expertise and business acumen to his leadership roles. His visionary leadership, strategic foresight, and deep domain expertise continue to drive innovation, excellence, and transformative change within the pharmaceutical industry and beyond.
